Testifying before the court, Chief Bah told the court that it was in June 2007 that the accused came to him and told him that he has killed one Modibo Keita, who he accused of always sleeping with his wife, Juma Bah.<\/p>\n<p>He told the court that he then called the then commissioner of Police in URR to inform him about the case. He said the following morning, the accused was handed over to the police in Basse.
