The role reports to the Manager Operation &#038; Support.<\/p>\n<p>Role responsibilities;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that all activities of operations and maintenance in the central and region adhere to corresponding regulatory requirements in daily operations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all processes for effective management of partners.<\/li>\n<li>Institute service level agreement measurement methodology to ensure all service providers are accurately measured, rewarded and penalized accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Enforce service level agreements for internal processes and partners, monitor achievement of defined objectives to ensure an effective and efficient interface to all touch points<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance to applicable policies, procedures and monitor availability of all relevant documentation, across relevant touch points to ensure synergy across all service providers services<\/li>\n<li>Direct annual operating plan compilation for the networks<\/li>\n<li>Ensure key focus on recurring operating expenditure<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all regional requirements and deliverables of operations and maintenance are met.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular preventive maintenance schedule audit<\/li>\n<li>Support the operational interface to both internal and external stakeholders especially commercial, customer service delivery\u00a0 and IT teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div readability=\"7\">\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Role qualification;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor of Electrical \/Electronic <a href=\"http:\/\/joblistghana.com\/tag\/engineering\" rel=\"tag\" title=\"Posts tagged with Engineering\">Engineering<\/a> or Telecoms <a href=\"http:\/\/joblistghana.com\/tag\/engineering\" rel=\"tag\" title=\"Posts tagged with Engineering\">Engineering<\/a>(Masters Degree in <a href=\"http:\/\/joblistghana.com\/tag\/engineering\" rel=\"tag\" title=\"Posts tagged with Engineering\">Engineering<\/a> a plus)<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of mobile network operations and maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Professional qualification in project management techniques<\/li>\n<li>5 years of varied experience in operation and maintenance in the Telecom industry with at least 2 years of senior\u00a0 experience in an area of network operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Person qualfication;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong numeric skills<\/li>\n<li>Critical thinking skills<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Strategic negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial disposition in decision making and managing resources.<\/li>\n<li>Logical decision making abilities<\/li>\n<li>Flexible and dedicated<\/li>\n<li>Ability to innovate and deliver value to business<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage an outsourcing partner to effectively deliver on service level agreements<\/li>\n<li>Ability to motivate and lead both internal and external partners<\/li>\n<li>Impeccable integrity and character<\/li>\n<li>Go-getter<\/li>\n<li>Communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Cost, process and automation
