\"CharlotteThe alleged victim of a sex scandal involving one Christian Attor, Kpando district coordinator of the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) has registered her displeasure at the snail\u2019s pace the case is being handled.<\/p>\n

Charlotte Kumi has also cautioned all those conniving and condoning with the NADMO district boss to cover up the truth of the matter to keep off or else face the consequences.<\/p>\n

Ms. Kumi noted that all people who were in one way or the other involved in covering up what she described as a blatant sexual harassment by her boss \u201cshould beware or else when the wind that is blowing gets to them, they will not survive it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Charlotte gave the warning in reaction to media reports that the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) had served her a letter for a hearing on May 4, 2011, which she refused to comply with.<\/p>\n

According to her, the address on the letter was posted from Accra on April 22, and got to Kpando on April 29.<\/p>\n

She told DAILY GUIDE in Ho that she did not know of any letter until Wednesday afternoon when the Volta Regional Office of the Commission called her and told her to come for her letter.<\/p>\n

She said she rushed to Ho from Kumasi on Thursday morning for the letter, only to be told the letter came earlier but was at the Kpando NADMO Office.<\/p>\n

Charlotte said the Volta Regional Director of CHRAJ, Joseph Nuertey, told her the letter was brought to him by the NADMO District Director, Chrisian Attor, the same man she lodged the sexual harassment complaint against.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately for Mr. Attor, he was spotted by Charlotte coming out of the Volta Regional CHRAJ office.<\/p>\n

Charlotte, who was very angry, questioned why the headquarters of CHRAJ should address the letter to Kpando NADMO office when CHRAJ was aware she was reported to have been dismissed because she refused to report at post when she was transferred to the Northern Region.<\/p>\n

She also asked why CHRAJ could not call her and ask her why she refused to fulfill their appointment even though she had provided two cell phone numbers in her petition letter.<\/p>\n

Charlotte Kumi, who once described herself as a beautiful \u2018Coca Cola\u2019 shaped lady, claimed it was part of calculated attempts by some people to conceal the truth.<\/p>\n

She also alleged that if her former boss was the one who brought the letter, then he was the one who kept the letter from her and revealed it after the hearing date.<\/p>\n

She also accused him of tampering with the letter.<\/p>\n

She said, \u201cWhen I took the letter, it was tampered with, the envelope was weak and it was not properly sealed. More so, the cover of the envelope was slightly torn.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI am warning Attor for the last time to simply come out and confess or else, he will have to answer to the African Court\u2026I am also warning all other people involved in covering up this inhuman act to stay off or else they will go down with him,\u201d Charlotte warned.<\/p>\n

She noted that \u201cmy actions are not politically motivated but a mere wish for justice\u201d.<\/p>\n

When contacted, the Volta Regional Director of CHRAJ, Joseph Nuertey, confirmed that Charlotte\u2019s letter was brought to them by Mr. Attor from Kpando only two days ago.<\/p>\n

He however stated that all was not lost and that a new date could be rescheduled.<\/p>\n

However, the man in the centre of the allegation, Christian Attor, has denied ever seeing the said letter and handling it, let alone sending it to Ho, even though he was spotted in Ho yesterday with his driver, one Israel, in a silver coloured Kia Vehicle with registration number GS 65-10.<\/p>\n

Mr. Attor refused to talk to DAILY GUIDE, in spite of being called on his cell phone many times. When he picked the call, he refused to talk.<\/p>\n

Charlotte Kumi had said that she had a cordial relationship with Christian Attor who was appointed after the NDC came into power. She alleged that one day, he invited her to his office and asked her if she knew what \u2018missionary\u2019 and \u2018scissors\u2019 sexual intercourse positions were.<\/p>\n

While shocked, she answered the first question in the negative and the second, affirmative.<\/p>\n

She alleged her boss asked her these questions at a time he was watching pornographic movies on his laptop in the office.<\/p>\n

Attor had equally denied the allegation.<\/p>\n
