Zackaria Joseph Garang was appointed advisor on cooperative and rural transformation, a new position.<\/p>\n<p>Luka Anthony Ubur, former Wau county commissioner was appointed advisor on youth &#038; sports, a new position. Wol Dhel Thiep, former Jur River county commissioner was appointed advisor for local government.<\/p>\n<p>Andrea Richardo, former security advisor, was appointed advisor on economic affairs.
