It has been licensed by the Bank of Ghana and acts as a \u2018Mini Central Bank\u2019 for the Rural and Community Banks (RCBs).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div readability=\"23.8619556286\">\n<p>ARB Apex Bank through the Support to Private Sector Development Programme (SPSD) has secured funds for various activities aimed at the creation of a \u201cviable system of rural and community banks providing rural households, enterprises and farmers with improved access to financial services in particular for productive activities\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>This programme is financed by the Government of Denmark and approved by the Government Ghana. the funds are to be applied to four (4) main areas as indicated below:<br \/>(a) Rural Finance Wholesale Fund<br \/>(b) Technical Assistance Fund for Rural and Community Banks\u2019 (RCBs) Managers<br \/>(c) Capacity Development of RCBs<br \/>(d) Human Resource Development in the Apex Bank<\/p>\n<p>The ARB Apex Bank\u00a0invites applications from suitably qualified Ghanaians for the position of Assistant Programme <a href=\"http:\/\/joblistghana.com\/tag\/manager\" rel=\"tag\" title=\"Posts tagged with Manager\">Manager<\/a> to assist in the smooth implementation of the SPSD project.
