The ARB Apex Bank<\/a> Limited (Apex Bank)<\/strong> is a Public Limited Liability Company Incorporated under the Companies Code (Act 179 (1963) and owned by the Rural and Community Banks in ghana. It has been licensed by the Bank of Ghana and acts as a \u2018Mini Central Bank\u2019 for the Rural and Community Banks (RCBs).<\/p>\n

Job<\/a> Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

Under the auspices of the Millennium Development Authority (MiDA), applications are invited from suitably qualified person for the Rural Banks Computer Operations Centre, under the Ghana Rural Bank Computerization and Interconnectivity Project (GRBCIP).<\/p>\n

This position holder will:-<\/strong><\/p>\n

Report to the Manager<\/a> in charge of the Help Desk and will be responsible for all help desk issues
Receive IT Support request from end-users and System Administrators of RCBs, log the request, and liaise with the Technical support team to resolve issues
Generate regular reports on all outstanding issues that need to be resolved
Ensure end-users receive excellent IT customer service
Provide feedback to users on issues logged with the helpdesk, etc<\/p>\n

Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

Minimum of a Diploma in Business Studies (Secretarial Option) or its equivalent
At least 1 year post qualification experience in HELPDESK DUTIES preferably in a banking environment
Familiarity with Temenos T24 Banking Software application is desirable. Men are encouraged to apply<\/p>\n
