\"\"<\/a>The revised 2010 Gross Domestic Product (GDP) for Ghana has been estimated at 7.7%.<\/p>\n

According to the Ghana Statistical Service (GSS), the estimates of the GDP are produced in stages, with estimates generated at each stage being dependent on the source data available.<\/p>\n

It added that the different stages of estimation are sequentially designated as projected, provisional, revised and final. \u201cIt is only the final estimates that are not subject to further changes\u201d, it says.<\/p>\n

In a publication covering the performance of Ghana\u2019s economy in 2009 and 2010, the GSS said in real terms, the revised GDP estimate (at constant 2006 prices) for 2010 is GH\u00a224,187.3 million, an increase of 7.7% over the GDP estimates for 2009 which was GH\u00a222,454.5 million.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe revised GDP in nominal terms (at current prices) for 2010 is estimated at GH\u00a246,232.0 million,\u201d it said.
