The event which is aimed at celebrating the works and life of a living legend, Professor Emeritus Joseph Hanson Kwabena Nketia, will also have great musicians such as Kwabena Kwabena,Winneba Youth Choir, Bernice Offei, DSP Kofi Sarpong, Tema Youth\u00a0 Choir And Ghana Symphony Orchestra.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is no better way of helping people come to grips with cultural diversity and practical way than through a programme that makes the best in the cultural traditions of humanity accessible to all.\u00a0 I am particularly gratified by this opportunity for communities to share their cultural treasures with the wider world as they find ways of sustaining them not only for themselves but for the benefit of humanity\u201d \u2013 Professor J.H. Kwabena Nketia<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Nketia Music Foundation was formed to promote the conservation and development of Ghana\u2019s Creative Legacy in contemporary contexts, and the use of the works of Emeritus Prof. J. H. Kwabena Nketia and other composers for the development and growth of music and culture.\u00a0 It was incorporated under the Companies Code of the Republic of Ghana on 28<sup>TH<\/sup> September 2009, as a company limited by guarantee.
