I&#8217;m not leaving anything to chance. I cannot afford to underrate my arc rivals,&#8221; she said.<\/p>\n<p>David Keny, the Prisons co-ordinator said the one-day event to be graced by the Rift Valley Provincial Prisons Commandant John Nkiria will feature four zones from the region.<\/p>\n<p>He said he was expecting stiff competition as top seeded athletes as they have vowed to record sterling performance for their teams.<\/p>\n<p>He said the event is aimed at selecting a strong team to represent the region during the Kenya Prisons Inter-Provincial athletics championship slated for next month at the Nyayo Gymnasium. &#8220;I urge all athletes to expose their talents and improve their time.
