Asadtek Industries Limited is a Manufacturing Company in Roofing and Kitchenware products. The company is growing rapidly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The company wishes to employ highly experienced and motivated people to Plan, Direct and Control the divisional activities.
<\/em>
Basic Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Overseeing the work of the estimators of the company<\/li>\n
  2. Must be able to do extractions and calculate material quantities<\/li>\n
  3. Overseeing measurement taking especially long distance jobs<\/li>\n
  4. Inspect and present report on projects undertaken by the company on weekly basis<\/li>\n
  5. Shall channel the problems facing field workers to the Business Development Manager<\/li>\n
  6. Shall be in charge of training new estimators<\/li>\n
  7. Any other duty that may be assigned<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      \n
    1. Must have an HND or degree in Building Technology<\/li>\n
    2. A minimum of five (5) years working experience in the roofing industry, including a supervisory role<\/li>\n
    3. Must be computer literate<\/li>\n
    4. A professional degree in Marketing will be an added advantage<\/li>\n
    5. Ability to plan, prioritize work effectively, be responsive to schedules and work well under pressure<\/li>\n
    6. Must be proactive and\u00a0 be willing to take initiative<\/li>\n
    7. Ability to work with and lead teams<\/li>\n
    8. Must have verifiable references<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
