Glee producer Adam Anders is nurturing young talent by launching his own record label.<\/span><\/p>\n

Anders, who serves as executive music producer on the hit musical series, has already signed three artists – Disney star Shane Harper, Zac Poor and singer Ben Burgess – to Anders Music Records.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Anders plans to snap up older stars for the label as well.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

He tells Reuters, “We are here to develop artists. I’m 35 and I tend to gravitate towards younger artists. But if the singer is 30 and the music’s great, I’ll consider it.”<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
