Courteney 46, and David, 39, arrived at the building separately in Van Nuys, California, a middle class neighbourhood in the San Fernando Valley section of Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

Before heading inside the small medical facility, they met up at nearby Arnie’s Cafe & Pizzeria and grabbed a quick bite to eat first.<\/p>\n

Wearing skinny black jeans, a black shirt and black flat shoes, a casually dressed Courteney left the cafe walking side-by-side with David who looked business like in khaki pants, a green jacket, white shirt and a tan coloured tie.<\/p>\n

The Cougar Town actress split from David last year after 11-years of marriage.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
