MAKURDI \u2013 The Chief Justice of the Federation, CJN, Justice Aloysius Katsina-Alu, Sunday, escaped death by the whiskers at his home town Alu, in Oshongu Local Government Area of Benue when a branch of a (Gmelina) tree in his palatial country home, mysteriously fell on him and his wife.<\/p>\n

The duo were said to have been rushed to a hospital in Gboko but Mrs. Mimi Alu\u2019s died before medical attention could get to her.<\/p>\n
