Chelsea are in talks with a view to signing Ajax pair Christian Eriksen and Gregory van der Wiel, according to The Mirror.<\/p>\n

Goal.com had previously revealed exclusively that Manchester City were looking at the possibility of signing full-back Van der Wiel if they are unable to land top target Dani Alves of Barcelona in the summer.<\/p>\n

Chelsea have also now reportedly increased its interest in Van der Wiel, who continues to put in strong performances with the Dutch giants.<\/p>\n

The 23-year-old Netherlands international has also sparked interest from Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich, but the player is said to prefer a move to the Premier League instead.<\/p>\n

Eriksen, for his part, is thought to be undecided of whether or not he intends to make a move to England, with his father having been against a move to Stamford Bridge.<\/p>\n

The Dane, who starred in a friendly international against England earlier this year, has also been linked with a move to Liverpool in the past.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
