Kendra Wilkinson is writing a book about motherhood.<\/span><\/p>\n

The blonde beauty released her autobiography ‘Sliding into Home’ in 2010 and she is now following it up with a tome about life with her 17-month-old son Hank Jr. and her NFL player husband Hank Baskett.<\/span><\/p>\n

The former Playboy model – who is also getting ready for the fourth season of her E! reality TV show ‘Kendra’ – revealed: “I am writing a second book. So I’ll be everywhere! My new book will be about being a mom, it’s the continuation of book number one. This book is definitely more fun to write than my first one because it’s all about what I think today, not telling a story about the past.”<\/span><\/p>\n

And Kendra intends to include one invaluable piece of advice for mothers in her book – take a break.<\/span><\/p>\n

She said: “My number one piece of advice to all moms is to just breathe. Take time for yourself, even if it’s just going to the bathroom and taking a couple breathers! Take at least five minutes out of the day for yourself, you deserve it.”<\/span><\/p>\n

The 25-year-old star was voted off ‘Dancing with the Stars’ this week and although she loved her stint on the talent show, she is pleased to have more time to spend at home with baby Hank.<\/span><\/p>\n

She added to Parade.com: “I had the most amazing time, but after seven weeks of being on ‘Dancing with the Stars’, it actually made me think about real life. I know what true love is now – and that’s of course my son and my husband. Every now and then it’s cool to get dressed up and glamorous, but at the end of the day, I love what’s real and what’s real is family. That’s what makes me happy. I’m so happy that I get to be a mom again!”<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
