Gus Poyet has heaped praise on Liverpool<\/a> striker Luis Suarez<\/a> and believes he can only get better once he has settled at Anfield.<\/p>\n

The Uruguay international, who moved to Merseyside from Ajax in the January transfer window, has impressed since his \u00a323 million switch, scoring three goals in nine Premier League starts.<\/p>\n

And the Brighton manager is now tipping his fellow countryman to improve after becoming accustomed to life in England.<\/p>\n

He told Yahoo!<\/em>: “I’m pleased that he made that decision and I\u2019m sure he will be even better when he gets used to the culture of Liverpool Football Club.”<\/p>\n

Poyet, who enjoyed several seasons as a player at Chelsea, is adamant that more Uruguayans can be a success in the Premier League.<\/p>\n

“Well, I\u2019m pleased. I\u2019m so happy \u2013 I\u2019m the happiest person in England, really, because I am convinced about players from Uruguay, with the mentality we have got, and the mentality that we bring to any club,” he added.<\/p>\n

“One player from Uruguay is very important for any English team and I try to convince so many of my fellow countrymen to come to play in England.”<\/p>\n
