His tenure oversaw the rise of several notable names from Jozy Altidore to most recently Juan Agudelo. In fact, several coaches believe the 18-year-old\u2019s rise started when Rongen decided to name him to the Milk Cup roster last summer, a competition that the team won in Scotland.<\/p>\n<p>Still, the Dutch coach\u2019s inability to secure qualification to the U20 World Cup was seen a major step backwards for USSF.
