contactmusic<\/span><\/a> : \u00a0\u00a0<\/span> Kelly Preston, the American actress and former model, was found “covered in blood” by her then fiance Charlie Sheen after she accidently discharged a gun in 1990, reports OnTheRedCarpet.com.<\/p>\n

Sheen was assumed to have accidently shot Preston himself, but he told a different story during his Vancouver show on Monday (2nd May 2011).
During his ‘Violent Torpedo of Truth\/Defeat Is Not An Option Tour’, Sheen opened up about the infamous night when Preston was injured after a firearm went off.<\/p>\n

Rejecting claims that he was responsible for the incident, Sheen insisted he was making coffee when he heard the gunshot, telling the audience, “I thought, ‘She did it, she finally.did it. She killed herself, and they’re gonna blame me”.<\/p>\n

The ‘Two and a Half Men’ star said he quickly ran upstairs and found Preston naked and covered in blood, saying, “I didn’t know whether to ring 911 or 411. But for years, people always talked about the time I tried to kill Kelly Preston”.<\/p>\n

The actor told a similar version of events during a recent appearance on ‘The Howard Stern Show’, describing the incident as “The dumbest thing I’ve ever done even though I wasn’t in the room”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
