{"id":417120,"date":"2011-05-04T11:13:32","date_gmt":"2011-05-04T11:13:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ghanamma.net\/2011\/05\/04\/fbz-take-over-game\/"},"modified":"2011-05-04T11:13:32","modified_gmt":"2011-05-04T11:13:32","slug":"fbz-take-over-game","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2011\/05\/04\/fbz-take-over-game\/","title":{"rendered":"FBZ Take-Over Game"},"content":{"rendered":"<div readability=\"28.227929374\">\n<hr class=\"thin clear\" \/>\n<hr class=\"thin clear\" \/>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.times.co.zm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/allafrica.com\/img\/static\/publishers\/minibanners\/timeszambia180.jpg\" alt=\"The Times of Zambia (Ndola)\" title=\"Visit The Times of Zambia (Ndola)\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>4 May 2011<\/p>\n<hr class=\"thin clear\" \/>\n<p>Finance Bank Zambia is ready for a take-over after reaching the basic benchmarks to get a new buyer.<\/p>\n<p>Finance Bank executive director corporate banking and marketing Warwick Brooker said his bank, despite all the trouble it went through late last year, was in good stead and was ready for new heights once a new buyer takes over.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Brooker said a Due Diligence (investigation or audit of a potential investment) had been done and was preparing an offer to the Bank of Zambia to purchase assets and assume liabilities of Finance Bank.<\/p>\n<p>He said Deloitt&#8217;s of London had completed information gathering process and was presently formulating its advise principals to the Bank of Zambia.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I can report that Finance bank is in good health.
