Jessica Lowndes has been linked to everyone from\u00a0 Hollywood star Jake Gyllenhaal to British popstar DJ Ironik.<\/p>\n

But it was a new man at the 90210 star’s side as she soaked up the spring sunshine in a London park yesterday.<\/p>\n

The 22-year-old smiled and laughed as she and British sports presenter Max Rushden sat amongst the sun seekers on Primrose Hill.<\/p>\n

The beauty spot, which has panoramic views over the city, was crowded with couples and families enjoying the Mayday bank holiday.<\/p>\n

Canadian-born actress Jessica wore a sleeveless summer dress as she knelt over Rushden, who lay back on the grass.<\/p>\n

Rushden, 32, is a co-presenter of British Saturday morning Sky Sports show Soccer AM.<\/p>\n

The pair met when Jessica appeared on the show in October last year. They have since remained in contact via Twitter.<\/p>\n

She joked yesterday: ‘I’ve got a football career to think about. go get us some minders. I’m worried about the paparazzi.’<\/p>\n

To which Max replied: ‘Start doing your stretches and ice your dodgy ankle… After brunch, its on… Aww, how cute. We’re running buddies!!!’<\/p>\n

The pair later made plans for dinner, with Rushden joking he would take Jessica to fast food restaurant Nandos.<\/p>\n

Jessica recently told OK! TV that she was currently single: \u2018It\u2019s actually really silly because I could go and have coffee with my mum or a girl and it\u2019s fine, but you literally have coffee with a guy and it\u2019s all this (dating rumours)…. I\u2019m single.\u2019\u00a0<\/p>\n

Jessica made her musical debut in the pilot episode of 90210 in 2008 and in 2009 wrote, sang and played guitar for her track Fly Away.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She is trying to launch a successful music career on top of acting, but her Falling in Love track with DJ Ironik, released last October, only made it to no40 in the British charts.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
