She announced her intention to divorce her husband of six years Ashton Kutcher just last month. <\/span><\/p>\n

And it appears that Demi Moore is eager to move on, with a little help from her friends.
<\/span><\/p>\n

The 49-year-old actress has been linked to CEO of BORBA skin care products, Scott-Vincent Borba, according to Radar Online.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\"Platonic<\/p>\n

Platonic friend: Beauty guru Scott-Vincent Borba has reportedly been a pillar of support for Demi<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Borba is said to have been a pillar of support for Demi during her marriage breakdown. <\/span><\/p>\n

‘They have known each other a long time and he\u2019s really been there for her by her side through the whole Ashton thing,’ a source told RadarOnline.com.
<\/span><\/p>\n

But while the website reported that the pair were now ‘dating’ and that the beauty guru was ‘smitten’ with the actress, sources have told the MailOnline.com that the pair are just ‘platonic friends’.
<\/span><\/p>\n

Borba
\ncounts many Hollywood stars as his friends, and his products are used
\nby the likes of Twilight starlet Ashley Greene and 90210’s AnnaLynne
\nMcCord.<\/span><\/p>\n

When approached for a comment about the nature of his relationship with Demi, <\/span>Borba <\/span>simply told RadarOnline.com: ‘I do not comment on my personal life.’<\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile Demi’s estranged husband seems to be enjoying life as a single man.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Two And A Half Men star was spotted living it up during a visit to his hometown over Thanksgiving.<\/span><\/p>\n

The 33-year-old actor is said to have been ‘swarmed’ by girls during a night out in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.<\/span><\/p>\n

Visiting
\nlocal sports bars such as Bo James and Sports Column, Kutcher allegedly
\nlapped up the attention lavished upon him by the local women, according
\nto American magazine, Us Weekly.<\/span><\/p>\n

‘He was drinking beer, and girls kept
\ncoming up to him,’ a source told the magazine. ‘He loved the attention.
\nGirls were hugging him and shaking his hand.’<\/span><\/p>\n

However, clearly learning from past mistakes, Kutcher somewhat remained contained.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\"Younger<\/p>\n

Younger men: Borba is said to be also close to Demi’s estranged husband Kutcher’s age, in his mid-30’s<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

After
\na three hour drinking session with old friends at yet another watering
\nhole by the name of Summit, Kutcher turned down an invite from a group
\nof women to visit a strip club.<\/span><\/p>\n

‘He was swarmed by girls,’ a source
\ntold the publication. ‘A few tried to convince him to go to a strip
\nclub… but he declined!’<\/span><\/p>\n

Despite partying it up in the Mid-West state, it also seems Kutcher is indulging in some soul searching.<\/span><\/p>\n

Earlier this week the actor tweeted a picture of himself standing in a field, with a cow
\nin the distance, and posted a short simple message: ‘Country Giving’.<\/span><\/p>\n
