Dan filed last week in L.A. Superior Court. The couple got hitched back in ’94, and they have two children.<\/p>\n

According to the LA Times<\/strong><\/a>, they put their Malibu house on the market back in June.<\/p>\n

Calls to Dan’s reps have not been returned.<\/p>\n
