Blackburn boosted their chance of avoiding relegation as Martin Olsson’s goal gave them a deserved victory over Lancashire rivals Bolton at Ewood Park.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Swedish full-back was a constant threat down the left and scored in the 20th minute with a low, 20-yard drive.<\/p>\n

Olsson also had a drive headed off the line by Paul Robinson and at the other end Rodrigo Moreno shot against a post.<\/p>\n

Rovers remained marginally the better side after the break but had to survive some nervous moments before the end.<\/p>\n
