Earlier this week she admitted she is tired of pretending to be happy about her weight in a heartbreaking episode of her new reality show Khloe & Lamar.<\/p>\n

But it seems that Khloe Kardashian is putting her best foot forward in an attempt to regain some confidence about her body.<\/p>\n

The 26-year-old reality star was spotted relaxing outside a gym near her Los Angeles home yesterday as she waited for her car after a workout.<\/p>\n

Dressed in an all black gym outfit, including cropped leggings and a zip up jacket, Khloe looked toned and curvaceous.<\/p>\n

Her hair was pulled back off her face in a high bun and she kept her face covered in a trendy pair of oversized aviator sunglasses.<\/p>\n

Clutching a pile of paperwork, she stood and leant against a wall while waiting for her car.<\/p>\n

Earlier this week, Khloe was reduced to tears on an episode of her new reality show over criticism regarding her weight.<\/p>\n

She had been arguing with her husband, NBA star Lamar Odom, over the cleaning duties but soon revealed the real reason for her bad mood.<\/p>\n

Comfortable: The reality star has received a lot of criticism over her figure but looked toned and lean in an all black outfit<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

‘It’s not about the kitchen Lamar, it’s about the fact that I’m so f****** fat,’ she sobbed, sitting on the floor of their house.<\/p>\n

‘I’m so tired of pretending that I’m happy with my weight, just to be a good role model, when I’m so f****** disgusting.’<\/p>\n

Khloe, who is actually a US size 6\/8 (UK Size 10\/12), told US Weekly Magazine after the episode airs that she tries very hard to deal with all the criticism.<\/p>\n

‘Little digs aren’t a big deal but when you pile all of that into two weeks, you get down on yourself.’<\/p>\n

The episode had also show the Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner calling out Khloe for the effect she was having on the Quick Trim brand, which Khloe endorses with her sisters Kourtney, 32, and Kim, 30.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Khloe also spoke yesterday about the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton, and said she had some advice for the newlyweds.<\/p>\n

Blogging before the ceremony, Khloe said: ‘I just wanted to offer this small piece of advice (as someone who was a bride not too long ago). This is YOUR day, and your wedding is a once in a lifetime occasion, so step back and enjoy it with your hubby!<\/p>\n

‘Your wedding day takes months to plan but is over in a blink of an eye so enjoy it and soak up every beautiful second of it. That advice goes to all of you brides-to-be out there LOL.’<\/p>\n
