She might be expecting at the end of the summer but that isn\u2019t stopping Jessica Alba from stepping out in high heels.<\/p>\n

The pregnant actress –\u00a0 who turned 30 yesterday – was seen at Poko studio in Westwood in a loose white kaftan-style dress with black trim and a pair of black and cream sandals.<\/p>\n

And being several months pregnant negotiating the pavement can be tough in any footwear but the actress nearly took a tumble as she stepped out from her car in the pair of high heels.<\/p>\n

Steady on there: Jessica Alba, who is pregnant with her second child nearly takes a tumble as she arrives at Poko studio in Westwood yesterday<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

She accessorised her outfit with a 2011 May Loewe bag in stone and wore a pair of oversized sunglasses for the visit to the studios.<\/p>\n

While the pregnant actress might not have been able to enjoy any champagne to bring in her birthday she still had a great day celebrating with friends and family the day before.<\/p>\n

But Jessica still had some work to do on her special day though and was a special guest at the Piaget press day at the Chateau.<\/p>\n

Covering the baby bump: Jessica was dressed in a floaty white dress with black embellishment and carried a Loewe handbag and a bottle of water<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

She is the new face and brand ambassador of Piaget\u2019s Possession jewellery line and posed next to her promotional shots at the exclusive hotel on Sunset Boulevard.<\/p>\n

The Sin City actress features in six photographs for the brand, wearing a diamond-studded cuff, a ring and earrings.<\/p>\n

The stylist for the shoot said of Jessica: \u2018She\u2019s modern and young and cool and beautiful. I think Jessica\u2019s the perfect face of Piaget.\u2019<\/p>\n

Bright bump: The day before Jessica donned a neon shirt and a pair of jeans as she headed to Chateau Marmont for a press call<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Jessica says in YouTube clip for the jewellery collection: \u2018The thing that\u2019s so great about these pieces is how chic and simple they are.<\/p>\n

\u2018I love the idea of layering the gold and the silver and rose\u2026. The thing about Piaget is that it\u2019s jewellery that you hang on to and pass down.\u2019<\/p>\n

Jessica also found time on her birthday night to thank her Twitter followers for their best wishes.<\/p>\n

She tweeted: \u2018Thx for all the bday wishes from my tweeps in EU!\u2019<\/p>\n

And added: \u2018Thank u all 4 bday tweets! My bday wish is also to become friends with ya\u2019ll on FB\u2019<\/p>\n

The pregnant star celebrated her big day with her two-year-old daughter Honor and husband Cash Warren.<\/p>\n

The couple are expecting their second child at the end of summer and has said recently that she\u2019s not as anxious about pregnancy this time around.<\/p>\n
