Jessica Alba was set to bring in her new decade in style, by celebrating her 30th birthday in a neon yellow maternity dress over a pair of flared jeans.<\/p>\n

Her 70s-inspired outfit was embellished with platform heels and a beehive hair-do as she arrived at the Chateau Marmont in Hollywood.<\/p>\n

The pregnant actress might not have been able to enjoy any champagne to bring in a new year but she still had a great day celebrating with friends and family.<\/p>\n

Retro style: Jessica’s 70s-inspired outfit was embellished with platform heels and a beehive hair-do as she arrived at the Chateau Marmont<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Jessica still had some work to do on her special day though and was a special guest at the Piaget press day at the Chateau.<\/p>\n

She is the new face and brand ambassador of Piaget\u2019s Possession jewellery line and posed next to her promotional shots at the exclusive hotel on Sunset Boulevard.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Sin City actress features in six photographs for the brand, wearing a diamond-studded cuff, a ring and earrings.<\/p>\n

The stylist for the shoot said of Jessica: \u2018She\u2019s modern and young and cool and beautiful. I think Jessica\u2019s the perfect face of Piaget.\u2019<\/p>\n

Jessica says in YouTube clip for the jewellery collection: \u2018The thing that\u2019s so great about these pieces is how chic and simple they are.<\/p>\n

She tweeted: \u2018Thx for all the bday wishes from my tweeps in EU!\u2019\u00a0<\/p>\n

The pregnant star celebrated her big day with her two-year-old daughter Honor and husband Cash Warren.<\/p>\n

The couple are expecting their second child at the end of summer and has said recently that she\u2019s not as anxious about pregnancy this time around.<\/p>\n
