According to the U.S. Attorney\u2019s Office, the government\u2019s evidence shows Haynesworth touched the breast of a server at a hotel restaurant in Washington in mid-February.<\/p>\n<p>If convicted of the sexual abuse charge, authorities say, Haynesworth could face up to six months in jail and be fined up to $1,000.<\/p>\n<p>Haynesworth\u2019s attorney, A.
