She spoke recently about how taking slimming pills left her with a heart condition – but it seems Michelle Heaton has found a healthier way to keep off the pounds.<\/p>\n

The former Liberty X star looked incredibly toned yesterday as she revealed her tanned and slender figure in her tiny white bikini, and it seems she’s not the only one who’s chuffed with her curves.<\/p>\n

Her equally buff husband Hugh Hanley posted a picture of the 31-year-old star on his Twitter page, with the caption: ‘Wifey is sooooo hot!’<\/p>\n

The pair are currently on holiday in Las Vegas, although businessman Hugh revealed that he and his wife weren’t exactly taking it easy and had been working out in the gym.<\/p>\n

He posted yesterday: ‘6.30 am workout in Vegas and hotel gym packed…. Everyone works out or has some fitness plan its a different mindset towards exercise’.<\/p>\n

And Michelle added yesterday, on what was just the second day of their holiday: ‘640am here- still bit jet lagged! Gym time! Legs\/back\/bi’s and cardio!<\/p>\n

‘Need to work off that meal in TAO last night-amazing martinis! Yummy’<\/p>\n

However, Michelle is clearly loving the vacation, writing: ‘Having a fab time, so amazing here. And first time in 7 months I been with @hughhanley more than few days x’<\/p>\n

Last month, Michelle revealed how she had been left ill in her bid to stay thing.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Medication she took to beat hunger pangs has left her with a terrifying heart condition.<\/p>\n

She revealed that at least once a month, her heart stops.<\/p>\n

She explained to the Daily Mail the attacks started with ‘a hollow feeling inside. Then I feel for my pulse in my neck, and there is nothing. My heart has stopped.<\/p>\n

‘I start to cough and splutter, and then after a few seconds it starts again. But now it’s like someone with no rhythm is squeezing my heart.<\/p>\n

‘It’s on the beat then off the beat, fast then slow. And then it calms down after about 20 seconds. Every time it happens, I think I am going to die.’<\/p>\n

Michelle, 31, first shot to fame in the 2001 TV talent show Popstars. Liberty X was formed by the five runners-up but went on to outstrip the winning band Hear’Say both commercially and critically, winning two Brit Awards.<\/p>\n

The former Celebrity Big Brother star is now in the play The Naked Truth, a comedy play about pole dancing that’s been touring the UK since the start of the year.<\/p>\n

She married Irish hunk Hugh last year in the Bahamas. She divorced former popstar Andy Scott-Lee in 2008 after two years of marriage.<\/p>\n
