Gen. Godefroid Niyombare.<\/p>\n<p>He said that through the cooperation, they will jointly frustrate any plans by FDLR or Interahamwe militia, to disturb the tranquility of the two neighbours.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Disturbing Rwanda is the same as disturbing Burundi, and we jointly have to address the insecurity in Eastern Congo so that nothing can happen to this country or to Burundi,&#8221; said Niyombare, after meeting his Rwandan counterpart, Lt Gen Charles Kayonga.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I think up to now, everything is under control.
