In the beautiful neighborhoods of Lom\u00e9, some villas are being negotiated at several hundred million CFA. Political stability and economic recovery partly explain this phenomenon.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The price does not seem to frighten the buyers and bringing happy days to the developers.<\/p>\n<p>New programs are regularly deployed in the capital and nearby areas.<\/p>\n<p>Latest being, a Sicah Investment offering at Agbodrafo, near Hotel du Lac, 9 types of stylish villas, Miami style (with pool, of course!) Ranging from 130 to 200 m2.
