MINNEAPOLIS (AP)\u2014The federal judge who stopped the NFL lockout will take at least another day to consider whether she should put her order on hold.<\/p>\n

U.S. District Judge Susan Richard Nelson has given the players until 9 a.m. Central time Wednesday to reply to the league\u2019s expedited motion for a stay. The stay would put Nelson\u2019s decision on hold pending further appeals.<\/p>\n

Nelson lifted the lockout on Monday, saying it causing \u201cirreparable harm\u201d to the players.<\/p>\n

Some players returned to team facilities Tuesday morning. Washington Redskins<\/a> wide receiver Anthony Armstrong<\/a>(notes)<\/a><\/span> said the visit felt like he was \u201csneaking into the club\u201d and \u201ca little awkward.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
