As regards credit for the agriculture sector, Carlos Feij\u00f3 stated that &#8220;in commercial terms, it has beenn decided that the agricultural credit by itself, as it had been conceived, would not resolve the problem, because it could facilitate the production of agricultural products, but it would not create the conditions for entrepreneurs to develop their activity&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that the risk was that there would be production but not the trading of the harvests.
