You\u2019ve got to have people on the panel you get on well with.<\/p>\n<p>Simon also noted that he chose Cheryl for very specific reasons. \u201cThis girl is special. She\u2019s just got a great ability to communicate. She\u2019s a great judge. She\u2019s smart. If people take to her like the British public did, I think she\u2019s going to do really well in America.
