{"id":3892,"date":"2011-12-01T15:11:37","date_gmt":"2011-12-01T15:11:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ghanamma.net\/2011\/12\/akosa-behind-samia%e2%80%99s-slurs-against-nduom-%e2%80%93-sekou\/"},"modified":"2011-12-01T15:11:37","modified_gmt":"2011-12-01T15:11:37","slug":"akosa-behind-samias-slurs-against-nduom-sekou","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2011\/12\/01\/akosa-behind-samias-slurs-against-nduom-sekou\/","title":{"rendered":"Akosa behind Samia\u2019s slurs against Nduom \u2013 Sekou"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><div><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ghanamma.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/9c29sekou_nkrumah.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-28003\" title=\"sekou_nkrumah\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ghanamma.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/9c29sekou_nkrumah.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"255\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dr. Sekou Nkrumah<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Sekou Nkrumah, son of Ghana\u2019s first President Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, has directly accused Prof. Agyemang Badu Akosa as one of the main elements within the CPP who are manipulating and pushing his sister, Samia Nkrumah, to demonise and scuttle the presidential ambitions of the party\u2019s 2008 flagbearer Dr Paa Kwesi Nduom.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Nkrumah has also threatened to expose the skeletons in Prof. Akosa\u2019s cupboard if the former Ghana Health Service boss, who also has presidential ambitions, continues to attack and malign him.<\/p>\n<p>The threat follows Prof Akosa\u2019s description as \u201ctotal nonsense\u201d, allegations made by Dr Nkrumah that certain anti-Nduom elements within the CPP are exploiting his sister\u2019s political \u201cinexperience\u201d for their own selfish ends.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Akosa in an interview with <strong>Citi News<\/strong> asked Dr Nkrumah to stop attacking his sister\u2019s political career and address what he can do if he thinks he is a politician.<\/p>\n<p>However, in a reaction to Professor Akosa, Dr. Sekou directly warned him to watch the way he criticizes people or he will expose him.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLet me address Prof. Akosa directly, you know they say when you live in glass house you don\u2019t throw stones but I think if you live in a boys\u2019 quarters you don\u2019t throw stones, I think he understands exactly what I am talking about and I am talking directly to him,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe is a politician and a public figure and he should watch the way he tries to criticize people.
