As he stopped to load up his car in London yesterday, Peter Crouch must have feared he was double-parked when he saw a policeman walking towards him.<\/p>\n

But fortunately for the England striker he wasn’t in trouble this time, the armed officer just wanted an autograph.<\/p>\n

The footballer and his model fianc\u00e9e Abbey Clancy had been lunching in Knightsbridge with a blonde family friend and their four-week-old daughter Sophia Ruby.<\/p>\n

\"So<\/p>\n

So how do I work this thing? Peter Crouch and a family friend load up the car after a lunch and shopping trip in Knightsbridge<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\"Loading<\/p>\n

Loading up: With his fiancee Abbey Clancy settling the baby in the back of the car, Crouch packs away the pram<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

As Clancy sorted out little Sophia in the back of the car, the Tottenham Hotspur player struggled to collapse the pushchair.<\/p>\n

While he was in the middle of packing up the car, he was approached by the officer, who cheekily asked for an autograph.<\/p>\n

But Crouch, 30, happily agreed and wrote a quick scribble before returning to his parental duties.<\/p>\n

‘Excuse me sir’: Crouch is packing away the car when he’s approached by an armed police officer<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Meanwhile, Clancy, 25, spoke about how much she was enjoying motherhood in her magazine column this week.<\/p>\n

She wrote in Now magazine: ‘Being a mum is amazing! I’ve turned into one of those women I hate because I’m always talking about the baby.<\/p>\n

‘She’s so pretty – I was surprised she’s a girl because I was convinced I was having a boy.<\/p>\n

‘I’m excited to be back at work, although I’m not getting any sleep!’<\/p>\n

‘So who’s it to?’ Crouch dutifully signs an autograph for the officer<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Two years after their engagement, the couple are finally set to wed on June 30.<\/p>\n

The Mail On Sunday’s Katie Nicholl column told how the pair will tie the knot at the Stapleford Park hotel in Leicestershire.<\/p>\n

A friend said: ‘They sent out wedding invites with details engraved on a candle.<\/p>\n

\u2018The ceremony will be at the Church of St Mary Magdalene in the grounds of the country house, followed by a reception in the Grand Hall.<\/p>\n

\u2018Abbey has booked a band, she\u2019s looking for a magician, and there will be some karaoke later in the evening.\u2019<\/p>\n
