The investigation led them to San Fernando, Tamaulipas &#8212; the same place where in August of last year, the bodies of 72 immigrants were found at a ranch.<\/p>\n<p>Ricardo Rivera, who lives in California, says his brother, Sergio, was kidnapped from a bus in Tamaulipas on March 25. He hasn&#8217;t spoken to his brother since.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;He&#8217;s probably dead,&#8221; said Ricardo, adding that Sergio has four young children living in the United States.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I don&#8217;t want to tell them,&#8221; he said. &#8220;They&#8217;re too little. I don&#8217;t want to break their hearts.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>Tamaulipas is one of Mexico&#8217;s most active states when it comes to drug trafficking.
