Dr Volker Monikes, DIZ’s Programme Manager of Support for Decentralisation Reform (SfDR) who presented the equipment to the ministry, expressed satisfaction about the country’s decentralisation system and pledged Germany’s support to help further improve the system.

He said the DVDs told stories of how Ghana’s decentralisation
should be done and that conditions at the national level for effective
local governance had improved.
