The clubs, most of whom were represented at the launch of the new season, were unanimous that the mistakes of last season were not to be repeated this season.<\/p>\n<p>The government through the Minister of Sport Paul Otuoma, who was represented by the Sports Commissioner Gordon Oluoch, assured the clubs of their support in stabilising the second division league.&#8221;No single individual or institution can fix the management problems bedeviling football in the country.
