Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp retains the belief that his start-studded squad are capable of winning the Premier League title in the coming years.\n<\/p>\n

Spurs’ hopes of challenging the likes of Manchester United and Arsenal this season have all but vanished after slipping 14 points behind The Red Devils.<\/p>\n

With nine matches of the season remaining, Spurs are now outsiders in the race for fourth, with four points separating them and fourth-placed Manchester City, although they have a game in hand.<\/p>\n

Spurs have defied the odds this season by taking the UEFA Champions League by storm and Redknapp has maintained his bold predictions by now setting his sights on becoming champions.<\/p>\n

Belief<\/h4>\n

“I’ve said I aim to win the league. Whether people believe it I don’t know. They might think I’m mad but I think it is possible,” Redknapp said.<\/p>\n

“I said last year that I thought we’d get in the top four and we did it. I did not say I wanted to be in the Europa League, I said I wanted to be in the Champions League and we did it.<\/p>\n

“There is nothing between us at the top now. There is nothing between us and Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United. I think the players believe it too.<\/p>\n

“We have got some fantastic players here and we have proved it in Europe and we have to believe it.<\/p>\n

“We have some real good players and if we can get one or two in to improve the squad, then the sky is the limit.”<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
