So I will appeal to the President to reconsider the statement that a forensic audit would have to be conducted.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Annan Prah was among six district and metropolitan chief executives President Mills sacked last week.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Prah intimated that, on the flip side, conducting financial audit into his tenure would also send an indication that he is being \u201cvictimized\u201d by the President, explaining that the President has not directed any audit into the administration of the other dismissed chief executives.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the former MCE for Sekondi-Takoradi has apologised to President Atta Mills over what he described as his misplaced comments.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn fact the news that came was so shocking, it could have killed me. I was so emotional that I made certain statements which I shouldn\u2019t have made\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut I want to use your medium Joy FM to, once again, apologize to the President and the top echelon of the party and all other persons who in one way or the other have been affected by the statements that I made,\u201d he told Joy News.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Prah, in the wake of his dismissal, criticized President Mills for using him as a scapegoat and suspected that the President was \u201cmanipulated\u201d to take that decision.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Annan Prah however said he is now sorry for his comments and criticisms.<\/p>\n<p>He said he is still a member of the ruling National Democratic Congress and hoped he will be re-elected to contest the 2012 parliamentary election on the ticket of the NDC for Takoradi constituency.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, President has nominated Capt. Anthony R. Cudjoe (Rtd) as the Metropolitan Chief Executive for the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly.<\/p>\n<p>He replaces Mr. Kobina Pra Annan, the former Metropolitan Chief Executive .<\/p>\n<p>President Mills nominated Capt. Anthony R.
