AKURE \u2013 MEMBERS of the Movement for the Emancipation of Niger Delta, MEND, in Ondo State, have threatened to disrupt the April polls in Ondo State if the Federal Government failed to recognise their leader, known as \u2018Creek Lion\u2019, from Furupagha, in the on-going dialogue with MEND.<\/p>\n

This was contained in a statement by their spokesperson, Mr. Ebakormor Ayebi weekend.<\/p>\n

They warned that, \u201cif the leader of the ex-militants in the state, \u2018creek lion\u2019 was not recognised and carried along in the proposed dialogue with other leaders of MEND, they would not allow election to take place in the entire state in April.<\/p>\n
