She had dinner, and then, bringing along her water bottle, went clubbing to SL, where she hung out with Tyson Beckford and got in the booth with DJ Phresh. <\/p>\n<p>&#8216;She seemed totally sober and upbeat.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>But Lohan&#8217;s decision to spend time with her friends rather than her family has apparently left her siblings and mother Dinah upset that she is not taking her legal problems seriously.<\/p>\n<p>The source added: &#8216;Her family is furious. She&#8217;s supposed to be spending time with them and deciding if she&#8217;ll take a plea deal. Lohan is in New York with her family while mulling over whether or not to accept a plea deal in her grand theft case<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Now the Los Angeles County Probation Department have added it to a<br \/>\nlist of reasons why the judge should violate her probation when she<br \/>\nappears in court next week.<\/p>\n<p>Lohan has until March 23rd to decide whether or not to accept Judge Keith Schwartz&#8217;s plea deal, in which he is said to have offered the actress 60-90 days in jail she pleads guilty in her grand theft case.<\/p>\n<p>But Lohan is understood to be resistant to accepting the terms and is considering taking her chances at trial.<\/p>\n<div readability=\"17\">\n<p>If Lindsay accepts the deal, she will then appear in court on March 25.<\/p>\n<p>However, if she decides to go to trial, she is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on April 2.<\/p>\n<p>Lohan<br \/>\nis accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from the Kamofie &#038; Company<br \/>\nboutique in Venice Beach, Los Angeles on January 22.
