It was \u00a0summoned to deliberate on the feud between the top two judicial officers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The fact-finding Committee is headed by a former President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Umar Abdullahi. Other members are a former Chairman of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), Justice Emmanuel Ayoola; a former Chief Judge of Edo State Justice Akepioroh and a member of the Council, Mrs Rekiya Ibrahim. The name of the fifth member of the panel could not be ascertained last night.
