Tottenham<\/a> boss Harry Redknapp<\/a> has claimed he aims to involve Gareth Bale<\/a> for half-an-hour against Wolves<\/a> on the weekend and is hopeful the Welshman will be fit to face AC Milan<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Bale last featured for the club on January 22 against Newcastle when he was substituted after only 10 minutes and although the winger has been struggling with a back injury, Redknapp is optimistic he will be ready to face Milan in the Champions League on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

He told talkSPORT<\/em>: “I’m hopeful he will be fit for Milan. He did a bit with the fitness coaches this morning and he will come out and train with us tomorrow [Saturday]. <\/p>\n

“I’m really looking to give him half-an-hour at Wolverhampton on Sunday. <\/p>\n

“I will put him on the bench and if I can get him into the game for half an hour and give him one gallop before the big race and maybe get him out on Wednesday<\/span>.<\/p>\n

“He is not capable of playing 90 minutes on Sunday, I don’t think, but if we can get a run into him we might be able to get him ready for Wednesday then.”<\/p>\n
