NEWS-ONE has gathered that former President John Agyekum Kufuor met with Ghana\u2019s diminutive actor Joe Shortingo, who is otherwise called Joseph Pamfo, somewhere last month.<\/p>\n
It was Joe\u2019s first encounter with the former president, though he is not the first Ghanaian actor to do so. President Kufuor, according to a NEWS-ONE source, was so pleased to meet the actor, even though he did not say that in plain words.<\/p>\n
His gestures towards the 24-year-old was however enough evidence, said the source. \u201cJoe Shortingo was among a group of top named Ghanaian musicians who visited president Kufuor\u2019s home to announce to him the death of another veteran musician.<\/p>\n
It is not obvious, but it appears Joe was meeting the president for the first time. He was happy to see him too,\u201d the source revealed.<\/p>\n
NEWS-ONE has the exclusive pictures of the diminutive actor\u2019s meeting with the former president. It is interesting to watch as 24-year-old Joe, in the snapshots, looked more or less like Kufuor\u2019s baby boy who is harassing him for toffee.<\/p>\n
The source said the former president passed some interesting comments about Joe, one of which was: \u201cMy friend I have seen you on TV.\u201d The comment gives the impression that the ex-president has been watching Joe\u2019s movies. Efforts to get Joe to speak about his encounter with the president however proved futile but NEWS-ONE is making efforts to get him to say something. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
