According to website TMZ the verbal agreement would have been to return to the initial arrangement as struck in the pair’s divorce settlement.<\/span><\/p>\nA source told the website that the very first condition in the deal was that Sheen must not talk to the media about the agreement.
<\/span><\/p>\nHis tweet and a radio interview ended the new agreement.<\/span><\/p>\nSheen had tweeted: ‘not sure what all the
\nlegal noise is about… just verbally reached a deal with B. [thought to
\nbe Mueller] no court mon. yay….’<\/span><\/p>\nSheen and his legal team had been due
\nin court on Monday to meet the judge who issued a restraining order
\nagainst him at the request of his ex-wife.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
He continued: ‘..yet the opposition
\nfelt it necessary to still harass me with old gibberish…. odd?
\nperhaps. transparent? you betcha’!’<\/span><\/p>\nThe tweets were soon removed from Sheen’s Twitter page, but not before they had been widely remarked upon in the media.
<\/span><\/p>\nEarlier today it emerged that <\/span>Sheen had been locked in strategy meetings with lawyers organising his
\ncase, which was said to be based around his claim that Mueller is not a
\nfit mother.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

His evidence was said to include
\nphotographs of drug paraphernalia, a letter from Mueller herself and
\neye-witnesses prepared to testify about the former real estate
\ninvestor’s alleged drug use.<\/span><\/p>\n‘Charlie will have statements from
\nsome of his employees, credible drug experts and friends who are all
\neyewitnesses to Brooke’s drug use within the last week to 10 days,’ a source close to Sheen told Radar.<\/span><\/p>\nThey added that Sheen also had a letter from Mueller herself in which she wrote she would ‘kick those pills’.<\/span><\/p>\nDescribing
\nMueller as ‘erratic’, the source said Sheen held evidence which, they
\nclaimed, will prove she is still hooked on the prescription medication
\nNorco, a narcotic pain reliever.<\/span><\/p>\nBut as part of his divorce
\nsettlement, Sheen is under legal obligation not to ‘disclose to any
\nmedia sources personal information relating to Brooke’s alleged drug
\nusage.’<\/span><\/p>\n\n

If he were found to have breached
\nthat agreement, Sheen would be in contempt of court, with a possible
\nprison sentence of up to six months.

\nactor is given access to
\nhis sons again.<\/span><\/p>\nMueller apparently told her
\nlawyers she wants Sheen’s two girlfriends, Bree Olson and Natalie
\nKenley, to regularly be tested, and is unhappy about her 23-month-old
\nsons Bob and Max being around the women.<\/span><\/p>\nA
\nsource told Radar: ‘Brooke doesn’t want the
\ngirlfriends around her sons. One is a porn star, and the other is a

\nthe order states that Sheen must stay 100 yards away from Mueller and
\ntheir children.<\/span><\/p>\nFootage emerged last night of the <\/span>troubled actor kissing his sons, who turn two later this month, after handing them over to officers.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Mueller made several other accusations
\nagainst the actor in a sworn statement to a LA court, including claims
\nhe made references to having people killed and once used an anti-Semitic
\nslur against his own manager, Mark Burg.<\/span><\/p>\nMueller provided the court with a
\ncopy of a text from Sheen that read: ‘I must execute mark b like the
\nstoopid jew pig that he is.’<\/span><\/p>\nThe message, which appears to be a reference to his manager Mark Burg, comes <\/span>days after Sheen was accused of being anti-Semitic in rant against Two and a Half Men creator Chuck Lorre<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\nBurg has backed Sheen, saying he didn’t believe him to be anti-Semitic. <\/span><\/p>\nSheen has dismissed the claims as
\n‘lies’ and accuses Mueller of sending the message to herself after
\ngaining access to his phone.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Mueller’s legal team are said to be
\ngathering proof that she was not in the vicinity of Sheen’s phone when

\nHilton the day that she received the anti-Semitic text message from
\nCharlie,’ a source told Radar Online. <\/span><\/p>\n‘Evidence will be provided at the
\nrestraining order hearing that will be able to pinpoint the exact
\nlocation of where Brooke was when she received that text. That evidence
\nwill also prove that Brooke didn’t have possession of Charlie’s cell
\nphone.’<\/span><\/p>\n‘Brooke’s lawyer’s are going to be
\nseeking a court order to get access to Charlie’s cell phone records as
\nwell that will be able to pinpoint where Charlie’s cell phone was when
\nthat text message was sent.’<\/span><\/p>\nSheen has been fairly quiet on his Twitter page, which was set up over the weekend, but this morning suggested that his legal team are getting ready to launch their custody battle against Mueller.<\/span><\/p>\nHe tweeted: ‘Ready for my next fastball, world? For his very first tweet, the actor opened up with his now viral motto, \u2018Winning..!\u2019\u00a0 In Tweet number six, <\/p>\n
Sheen made reference to his ‘tiger blood’ catch-cry, which then became the number one trending topic on the site.\u00a0 <\/p>\n
And it seems his new Twitter addiction could help Sheen pay the bills in his absence from screens, as he told TMZ ‘it’s a cash cow’.\u00a0 <\/p>\n
With stars like Kim Kardashian paid up to $10,000 per product reference on the site, the tweets soon become worthwhile.\u00a0 <\/p>\n
And as Sheen explained: ‘I’m unemployed.’\u00a0 <\/p>\n
So far, however, it appears Sheen hasn’t received any marketing commissions.\u00a0 <\/p>\n
His most recent tweets include a picture of his dinner – a hotdog and his watch, accompanied by the claim the only watch that keeps warlock time.’ <\/p>\n
It seems that Sheen already has some celebrity fans.\u00a0 Sean P Diddy Combs made reference to the troubled star via the site yesterday.\u00a0 <\/p>\n

Others were less impressed with\u00a0 comedian\u00a0 Sarah Silverman mockingly tweeted: ‘”Whining!” – Charlie Sheenstein’. Sheen promptly retweeted her message.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
In the documents Mueller claims Sheen
\npunched her, threatened to stab her in the eye and vowed to cut off her
\nhead and send it to her mother in a box.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\nMueller states in the papers: ‘On
\nSunday February 27 at 8:45 p.m., Petitioner threatened, ‘I will cut your
\nhead off, put it in a box and send it to your mom!’ <\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n‘He said, “If you are having this conversation taped, then consider it done!”‘ <\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n‘Last Wednesday, Petitioner threatened to stab my eye with a pen knife, and spit on my feet.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n‘He also punched me in the arm.<\/span><\/p>\n‘On Saturday, Petitioner removed our children from my care in violation of our custody orders.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n‘I
\nhave asked that he return the children to me and he refuses. I am in
\ngreat fear that he will find me and attack me and I am in great fear for
\nthe children’s safety while in his care.’<\/span><\/p>\nIn addition, Mueller claims in the
\npapers that the Two And A Half Men star bragged he’s more famous than
\nPresident Barack Obama, was hatching a plan to shave the head of his ex
\nwife Denise Richards, and called his manager Mark Berg a ‘jew pig.’<\/span>\n<\/p>\nMueller admits in the documents that
\nshe was spending increasing amounts of time with Sheen late last month
\nand that he had offered to buy her a house in his gated Beverly Hills
\ncommunity to be closer to his children but Mueller states she became
\nincreasingly concerned about his sanity.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n‘I am very concerned that Petitioner is currently insane,’ Mueller states in the papers.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n‘While I was residing with Petitioner
\nand until the incident last Wednesday, Petitioner made increasingly
\nerratic and threatening statements.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n<\/span><\/p>\n‘One of Petitioner’s most shocking
\nand frightening requests was that once he buys me a house I give him
\nback $20,000 per month in cash from the child support he pays me so he
\ncould have untraceable cash to “knock off a few people” because “the
\npeople I hate violently are going to get severely punished.”‘<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\nMueller said she reluctantly
\ntravelled with Sheen, his girlfriend Natalie Kenly and porn star Bree
\nOlson to the Bahamas last week.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\nMueller states: ‘I did not want to go; however, I was afraid I would enrage Petitioner if I did not go.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n‘The day before we left, I woke up to Petitioner destroying belongings in the bathroom.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n‘He was in a rage because he could
\nnot find his checkbook. He then took the house phone he and chucked it
\nfrom the second floor window and threw it into the<\/span> pool.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n‘I did not want to anger Petitioner
\nbecause I wanted a new home for the boys and I was trying my best to
\ncontinue to keep Petitioner happy so that we had a better relationship
\nfor the benefit of the boys and their financial security.’<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\nDuring the flight Mueller said Sheen made random, bizarre comments about his ex wife Denise Richards.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n‘On the way to the Bahamas, Petitioner was in a pretty good mood,’ Mueller states in the papers.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n‘However, he randomly told everyone
\non the plane that he hated his ex-wife, Denise Richards, violently and
\nhe was going to have her hair shaved off.’<\/span>

According to Mueller, Sheen’s alleged violent behaviour continued during the trip.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\nShe stated: ‘While in the Bahamas, I saw Petitioner drink alcohol.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n‘I know that there are reports that
\nhe ‘tested clean’ with an online media company, however, I personally
\nwitnessed him drinking alcohol as recently as last week.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n‘While in the Bahamas, on Wednesday, February 23, 2011, Petitioner and I had an argument which turned violent.<\/span>

‘Petitioner began following me around the house shining a flash light in my eyes so I could not see.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n‘I asked him why he was doing this to me and he yelled, ‘I’m untouchable! I’m Charlie Sheen! I’m more famous than Obama!’<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n‘Randomly during his rant, he told me
\nI was not our children’s mother – just a host for his kids. Petitioner
\nbecame increasingly furious with me and began yelling, ‘You are the most
\nugly person in the world! I really, really hate you!’ and he punched me
\nin the arm.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n‘He was holding a pen knife and told me he was going to stick it in my eye.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n‘During his tirade against me, Petitioner also spit on my feet.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n‘Fortunately, I was able to immediately return to Los Angeles on Thursday, February 24, 2011.’<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\nAs per the order Sheen is not allowed
\nto have any access to his children, or Mueller, pending the restraining
\norder hearing on March 22.

\nShow, he demanded to know the whereabouts of his sons as he spoke
\ndirectly to Mueller while staring straight down the barrel of the
\ncamera.<\/span><\/p>\n‘Brooke I am sorry you felt his had
\nto be done in this way,’ he said. ‘This does not display any responsible parenting
\nthat I am familiar with.’<\/span>\n<\/p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
‘I am sure that cooler, smarter and
\nleveler heads can prevail and I urge you to reach out to me immediately
\nif not sooner and tell me where our sons are.’<\/span><\/p>\nHe certainly didn’t seem to have a
\nlevel head just hours earlier when he reacted to having his children
\nremoved by telling Radar Online: ‘My fangs are dripping tiger blood.’<\/span><\/p>\nSheen’s children were removed following
\nincreasingly outrageous interviews where the Two And A Half Men star boasted about his
\n‘polygamous’ lifestyle with a porn star and a former model.<\/span><\/p>\nMueller, who has been in and out of
\nrehab, had accompanied the actor and his two girlfriends Bree Olson –
\nalso known as Rachel Oberlin – and Natalie Kenly to the Bahamas last
\nweek. <\/span><\/p>\n\n
BROOKE IN HER OWN WORDS<\/span>

‘In October 2009, [Sheen] knocked me to the floor causing me to hit my head on the corner of a couch. I was knocked unconscious and required medical attention, including a CAT scan.<\/span><\/p>\n‘I
\nam very concerned that [Sheen] is currently insane. I am in great fear
\nthat he will find me and attack me and I am in great fear for the
\nchildren’s safety while in his care.<\/span><\/p>\n‘I believe his rage is the result of an intense mental issue, rather than simply a reaction to substance abuse.<\/span><\/p>\n‘I have not been perfect and I have struggled with my own sobriety issues over the past year and a half. [Sheen] has not supported my recovery and rehabilitation in any way. He mocks my recovery efforts.’ <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\nHe now says she was ejected from the
\ntrip for using drugs and today provided Radar Online with a photograph
\nhe claims is proof she is using again.<\/span><\/p>\nThe image appears to show a home made
\ncrack pipe, foil, spoons, drug residue and the Mueller’s driver’s
\nlicense which had been used to cut up lines of cocaine.
<\/span><\/p>\n‘I gotta believe a judge is going to frown on that,’ he said.<\/span><\/p>\nIn legal documents, Mueller admits to
\n‘falling off the wagon last week,’ adding: ‘I have not been perfect and I
\nhave struggled with my own sobriety issues over the past year and a
\nhalf. <\/span><\/p>\n‘[Sheen] has not supported my recovery and rehabilitation in any way. He mocks my recovery efforts.’<\/span><\/p>\nSheen also criticised Mueller’s
\nparenting skills, saying: ‘She’ll roll [the twins] out for a photo op,
\nbut knows nothing about child care.’<\/span><\/p>\nDuring the NBC interview, Sheen was seen touching his heart as he blew a
\nkiss and spoke to his sons directly: ‘Max it is dada, I will see you
\nvery soon you are right here.’<\/span><\/p>\n‘They [the boys] were just being put
\nto bed and my assistant informed me that the police were on their way
\ndown to issue a restraining order,’ Sheen said in a live interview on
