The Nigeria Bar Association (NBA), Imo State chapter, yesterday boycotted the courts to protest the kidnap of Justice T.N. Nzeukwu.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In a statement by NBA , Owerri branch,Chairman Ama Kamalu, the association said: \u201cIt is highly regrettable that kidnappers have dared to extend their vile and devilish trade to the Judiciary. We recall, with anger, the double abduction of Justice A.B.C. Egu, President, Customary Court of Apeal, Imo State; and his worship, Ugoeze Pauline Njemanze, last year. Both were released only after the payment of ransom.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The boycott will last seven days.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
