\n After admitting to having a gastric band fitted three years ago, she said how pleased she was with the results.<\/p>\n

But Fern Britton has admitted that she has only now got used to her slimmer and fitter figure and starting to accept that she looks good.<\/p>\n

She said: ‘I\u2019m just starting to get used to the fact that not only am I fitter than I\u2019ve ever been. But I also think, “Look at yourself in the mirror and be pleased”.’<\/p>\n

Speaking to Good Housekeeping magazine, the 53-year-old said she was only now accepting the fact that she looks good.<\/p>\n

The former This Morning presenter said: ‘I\u2019ve never been someone who\u2019s that concerned with outside appearances: I\u2019m much more concerned with what\u2019s on the inside.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
