Exclusive interview: Charlie Sheen appeared on The Today Show on NBC to talk about the moment his twin sons were taken away from him by police<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Asked if he had a message for Mueller, who he is otherwise forbidden from contacting, Sheen checked with his lawyer before looking directly into the camera and saying: ‘Brooke, I’m sorry that you felt this had to be done in this way but this does not display any responsible parenting in anything that I’m familiar with and I think that cooler and smarter heads will prevail.<\/span><\/p>\n‘I urge you to reach out to me and tell me where our sons are.’<\/span><\/p>\nThe 45-year-old actor recalled the moment the police had arrived at his property, and said he tried to remain calm throughout the incident.<\/span><\/p>\nHe said: ‘The boys were just being put to bed and my assistant informed me that the police were on their way down to issue a restraining order. So I thought, “OK, I can deal with that”, and I got my lawyer on the phone. And then it was revealed that they were there to remove Bob and Max.
<\/span><\/p>\n‘I’ve tried these past few days not to come from a place of panic, ego, emotion, any of that, so I stayed very calm and focused. If somebody badges you, they win in that moment.
<\/span><\/p>\n‘But it just seemed odd though, there were people there that didn’t seem qualified to carry out such an operation – a couple of gentleman who wouldn’t identify themselves, wouldn’t show any ID and I found out later they were from the rehab facility rather than actual law enforcement.<\/span><\/p>\n‘I didn’t push it because I’m not into resisting the law, and so I had to surrender to it knowing that this is the challenge I claim to be looking for and I’m more than willing to take on this task. If anyone thought my focus was directed in a radical capacity, that’s going to seem like child play now.

‘I told the boys I love them and I said, ‘Don’t say goodbye, say see you later’. And later is, as we believe, to be very soon.<\/span><\/p>\n‘At
\nthis moment, on live television, I don’t know where my children are.
\nBut I’m not panicking. This is not about emotion, it’s not about ego,
\nit’s just about getting very focused and very much in touch with what I
\nhave to do to complete the task of bringing these two beautiful young
\nmen back to the home they deserved to be raised in.
<\/span><\/p>\n‘There’s more love, compassion, support, childcare and everything else you could ever want for a child in this lovely home.<\/span><\/p>\nAnd the end of the interview he said: ‘Bob, Max, dada loves you.’
<\/span><\/p>\nSheen’s
\nresponse to the interview on The Today Show was vastly different to the
\nanswer he gave U.S. website Radaronline, when he said, bizarrely: ‘My
\nfangs are dripping tiger blood.’<\/span><\/p>\nSheen was also asked by The Today
\nShow whether Mueller’s claims that he had ‘threatened to kill her’,
\nwhich formed the basis for the order, were true.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

After hearing that Mueller had
\nalleged Sheen had told her he would ‘cut your head off, put it in a box
\nand send it to your mom’, the actor said: ‘It’s colourful. That’s a good
\none.
<\/span><\/p>\n‘I guess if you spend enough time
\naround me you can formulate things and make them sound like they came
\nfrom my mouth without watching reruns.’<\/span><\/p>\nIn court papers, Mueller stated: ‘I
\nam very concerned that [Sheen] is currently insane. I am in great fear
\nthat he will find me and attack me and I am in great fear for the
\nchildren’s safety while in his care.’<\/span><\/p>\nThe
\ncourt temporarily removed custody of the boys from Sheen and banned him
\nfrom communicating with Mueller or getting within 100 yards of her or
\nthe children.<\/span><\/p>\nMueller alleges that Sheen took their
\ntwins, Bob and Max, 23 months, from her residence without her
\npermission on 26 February and had since stopped her from seeing them.

\nshe tried to get the twins back, Sheen allegedly threatened her saying:
\n‘I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom’ she

Mueller also alleged that while on a
\nbizarre polyamorous holiday to the Bahamas last week with his two
\ngirlfriends, Sheen launched into a tirade against her in which he
\npunched her on the arm and spat on her feet.
<\/span><\/p>\nShe claims in court documents that he ‘threatened to stab my eye with a pen knife’.

\nhearing is set for March 22 to determine whether to extend the
\nrestraining order. Both Sheen and Mueller are required to attend.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

When asked contacted by U.S. magazine People if he planned to fight for custody of his sons, Sheen replied with a text message that read: ‘Born ready. Winning.’
<\/span><\/p>\n<\/span>Until recently relations between the ex-wife and her former husband had appeared cordial but now the gloves are off and Mueller is seeking full custody.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<\/span><\/p>\nMueller, who herself <\/span>has been in and out of rehab on several occasions, moved into Sheen’s
\nLA mansion with her sons last week and then joined the actor and his two
\ngirlfriends – porn star Bree Olsen (real name <\/span>Rachel Oberlin)<\/span> and nanny and model Natalie Kenly – on a trip to the Bahamas.<\/span><\/p>\nHowever, she left the holiday early after an argument in which she is now claiming Sheen attacked her.

Sheen said at the time: ‘There was a huge firestorm about Brooke being part of our crew but where there were four, there are now three. Goodbye, Brooke, and good luck in your travels. You’re going to need it. Badly.’<\/span><\/p>\nHis interview with <\/span>ABC’s Andrea Canning<\/span> – in which he
\ntalked about his two girlfriends helping to raise his sons – is thought
\nto have further put relations with Mueller under strain.
<\/span><\/p>\nAt one point during the interview Sheen was filmed kissing both his girlfriends in front of the children. <\/span><\/p>\nSheen also tweeted a picture of himself with Olson.

\nan interview with Piers Morgan on his CNN show last night however,
\nSheen boasted that he had ‘out-partied’ Mick Jagger, Errol Flynn, Keith
\nRichards and Frank Sinatra.
<\/span><\/p>\nHe told Morgan: ‘You should see how I
\nparty – it was epic.\u00a0 The run I was on made Sinatra, Flynn, Jagger and
\nRicahrds looke like droopy-eyed, armless children.’
<\/span><\/p>\nSheen and Mueller split in 2009 after
\nhe threatened her with a knife on Christmas Day and they filed their
\nfinal divorce papers on February 10 this year. The divorce is expected
\nto be finalised on May 2.
<\/span><\/p>\nTheir boys have been with Sheen since he return to Los Angeles on Friday and ABC television cameras filmed
\nhim at home with the toddlers his two girlfriends.<\/span><\/p>\nHe opened up about
\nhis bizarre life with the two young blondes he calls the ‘goddesses’ as
\nhe continued his round of the talk-show circuit.
<\/span><\/p>\nIn
\nthe at-home interview with Canning, Sheen described his domestic arrangement as a ‘polygamy story’.<\/span><\/p>\nThe father-of-five said his life makes Hugh Hefner look like ‘an amateur’.<\/span><\/p>\n‘Maybe the three of us will get married.
\nI don’t know,’ Sheen said, apparently in jest.<\/span><\/p>\n But it made the terms of his love life very clear. <\/span><\/p>\n‘I’m gonna say this. It’s a polygamy story,’ he said.
\n‘All my guy friends are gonna like throw tomatoes at me. It’s like an
\norganic union of the hearts.’<\/span><\/p>\nHe said: ‘Together, it’s like, it’s on. Sorry, middle America. Yeah, I said it.’<\/span><\/p>\nOlson chimed in too, saying:<\/span>
\n‘Natty and Charlie have their own special connection. I have my own
\nconnection with Charlie, and then Natty and I also have our own
\nrelationship.’<\/span><\/p>\nSheen says the arrangement allows him to avoid ‘all the small talk and nonsense’ by ‘paying for something that eliminates that.’<\/span><\/p>\nHe did not expand on the financial arrangements he has with the women.
<\/span><\/p>\n‘They don’t judge me,’ he says of his girlfriends.<\/span><\/p>\n‘They
\ndon’t lead with opinion, they don’t lead with their own needs all the
\ntime. They are honest enough to tell me, “Hey, park your nonsense.You have to help me solve this”. And we solve it’, he shared.<\/span><\/p>\nHe said he is unconcerned if his behaviour makes fans uncomfortable.<\/span><\/p>\n‘That’s how I roll. And if it’s too gnarly for people, then buh-bye.’<\/span><\/p>\nSheen, who refers to his home as <\/span>‘Sober Valley Lodge’, <\/span>said he considers his girlfriends to be mother figures to them both.<\/span><\/p>\n‘All you can do with children is love them,’ Kenly says.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

There is nothing broken here’.<\/span><\/p>\nSheen also has two young daughters who are in the care of his other ex, Denise Richards.<\/span><\/p>\nWhen asked today by radio shock jock Howard Stern about why he prefers the company of prostitutes and porn stars, he said: ‘I don’t know, that’s a whole other segment.’

\nremaining episodes of this season of ‘Men,’ citing Sheen’s public
\nbehaviour and negative comments about executive producer Chuck Lorre.<\/span><\/p>\nThe troubled actor dominated the
\nentertainment media Monday with threats of a lawsuit, two riveting
\nmorning show interviews and a rambling live stream on an Internet
\nwebsite.<\/span><\/p>\nBy midday, his veteran publicist had quit.<\/span><\/p>\nIn Sheen’s interviews with ABC’s Good
\nMorning America and NBC’s Today show, he boasted about his ‘epic’
\npartying, said he’s fuelled by ‘violent hatred’ of his bosses, claimed

\nfans is serious business in Hollywood. There’s a strong likelihood that
\n‘Two and a Half Men’ will never be back, putting fellow cast and crew
\nmembers out of work and costing producers Warner Bros. Television tens
\nof millions of dollars.<\/span><\/p>\n‘I’m supposed to be out there all
\nhumble and asking for my job,’ Sheen said during an interview at his
\nhome with Mike Walters that was streamed live on TMZ.com. ‘No, I don’t
\ndo that. I don’t understand what I did wrong except live a life that
