The lady then waited patiently for the driver to come back out so she could point out the error of her ways.<\/p>\n<p>However, when Mrs Beckham \u2013 whose Beckingham Palace home in Sawbridgeworth is just three miles away &#8211; rushed out of the shop and climbed into the car, Mrs Hughes was so shocked at realising it was such a famous star, she was speechless.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs Beckham\u2019s car then sped out of the car park.<\/p>\n<p>The incident in which a large disabled sign can clearly be seen as the Jaguar reverses out of the space before leaving was captured on mobile phone footage.<\/p>\n<p>According to Harlow District Council bye-laws, motorists who park in a disabled bay without holding a permit face a \u00a360 fine.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs Hughes said\u00a0 afterwards: \u2018Victoria Beckham needs to realise that disabled people could have parked there. She needs to think about it next time.<\/p>\n<p>Another eye-witness said: \u2018Posh took the last space.
